Tofu Katsu Curry

I made this delicious dish using Wagamama’s recipe that they shared online, substituting the main vegetable dish for tofu!

It’s so simple, and yet so tasty!

Katsu curry sauce, udon noodles, peppers, courgettes alongside salt and chilli tofu, garnished with sesame seeds!

For an extra kick add in some chilli!
